4. Court and Legal Disclaimer
   If you are taking this course for court, legal, or mandated purposes:

• We do not represent, warrant, or guarantee that this course will be accepted by any court, probation department, employer, licensing board, or governmental agency
• Acceptance requirements vary widely by jurisdiction and authority
• It is your sole responsibility to verify acceptance with the appropriate authority prior to purchase

We are not responsible if a court, agency, or authority rejects, questions, or declines to accept your completion of this course for any reason.

5. No Reporting or Follow-Up Responsibility

• Report to courts, attorneys, probation officers, employers, or third parties

• Communicate with any external entity regarding your participation

We provide a certificate of completion only. Any use, submission, or acceptance of that certificate is solely your responsibility.

6. No Refund Policy
   All purchases are final.

Due to immediate access to digital content:

• No refunds will be issued
• No partial refunds will be issued
• No exceptions will be made

By purchasing, you acknowledge and agree to this policy.

7. Chargeback and Payment Dispute Policy
   By purchasing this course, you agree not to initiate a chargeback or payment dispute with your bank or credit card provider for any reason that violates these Terms.

In the event of a chargeback or dispute:

• We reserve the right to immediately terminate access to the course without refund
• You remain responsible for the full amount owed
• We may provide your agreement to these Terms, course access logs, and usage data as evidence in the dispute process

Unauthorized or fraudulent chargebacks may result in additional action to recover funds.

8. User Account Responsibility
   You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials
• Accessing your account and course materials
• Completing the course requirements

If you did not create a password during checkout, you must use the “Forgot Password” feature to set one.

9. Course Access and Availability
   We make reasonable efforts to provide continuous access to course materials. However, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access and may modify, update, or discontinue content at any time without notice.

10. Intellectual Property

13. Indemnification

14. Arbitration Agreement and Waiver of Class Actions

Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms, your purchase, or your use of the course shall be resolved exclusively through binding arbitration in the State of California.

• Arbitration shall be conducted on an individual basis only
• You waive the right to participate in any class action, collective action, or representative proceeding
• You waive the right to a trial by jury

You agree that arbitration is the sole and exclusive method for resolving disputes, except where prohibited by law.

15. Modifications to Terms
    We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the course after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

16. Governing Law
    These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict of law principles.
